Early Sunday morning, Phoenix police say they arrested Michael Martinez and charged him with solicitation of prostitution. Division officers say Martinez Shall be assigned to his house whereas an administrative investigation is underway. Presently, Phoenix police say They’ve not any current proof that any intercourse act occurred on obligation or in a police car.
